Recently I received Honorable Mention for my short story A Pinch of Spice in the Windmill Women Fiction Contest. Congratulations to winners Marsha Porter CA., Lori A. McDonald IN., and Alicia Stankay PA. Thank you to the judges. An interesting note on the Judges comments for writers to consider: *Some stories had a few typos and format problems *There should be no double spacing between paragraphs *Some stories had unnecessary wording *Some endings were flat or fell off *Too morbid.
